Our Work
At AFFA, our work centers around one mission: creating a South Carolina where LGBTQ+ people are fully accepted, protected, and free to thrive. We do this through a three-pronged approach—education, advocacy, and community engagement. Together, these focus areas allow us to tackle root causes of injustice, build informed allies, and create spaces where queer and trans people feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
