Join AFFA and Providence Church for a special community screening of Sanctuary, an award-winning documentary that explores the experiences of LGBTQ+ people of faith and the communities working to create spaces of belonging, healing, and hope.
Following the film, guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments and connect with one another before participating in a moderated panel discussion featuring voices from both the documentary and our local community. Together, we'll explore themes of faith, inclusion, reconciliation, and what it means to build affirming communities here in South Carolina.

The discussion will be moderated by Allison Benfield, Associate Pastor at Providence Church, and will include audience questions.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees will also have the opportunity to browse informational resources from AFFA and community partners, with literature and local support information available to take home.
