We specialize in evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or “tapping”), helping clients release the emotional imprint of trauma, restore nervous system balance, and reclaim personal empowerment.
